SaniCalc is an Excel based menu driven software package for the design of sanitary drainage systems.

The programme is based on the Colebrook-White equation and provides flow and velocity data for both the full and partially full pipe condition.

The user can select from most common gravity pipe materials and the matching British Standard pipe sizes.

Peak flows can be input manually or  automatically calculated from population numbers and building types. Various peaking factors can be used including that proposed in BS EN 752-4.

A prototype version of this software has been used on a recent multi billion Dollar project in Dubai.
